Well watch the first episode of season three, A Christmas Tori. It's easily the best/sexiest.
Its bad but Justice is so hot its almost worth watching
StuBurns is smart, he knows it's not Mad Men. You watch Victorious for the hotties and the innuendo Dan throws in, of which there is a lot. The good episodes are the ones where these things outweigh all the bad jokes and the laugh track.
And I guess I'll remind everyone that Blooptorious, the blooper episode, airs tomorrow. It sounds like reaction gif heaven, don't think we're going to get much sexy though.

I don't know, but I can do some quick math.
+ Rachel Bilson has a hottie rating of 7.9.
+ The combined hottie rating of her co-stars is 4.6 (being below the average will not boost the shows hotness rating).
- Her show is on the CW.
- It's title is a pun involving the name of the lead character.
- It's set in the south.
- The sentence used to sell it to the network was "Doctor drama meets fish out of water comedy".
= Hotness to Bad Ratio is 7.9:8.8, or about a point under striking even. The good news is that if Rachel Bilson is your kind of gal, the Bad rating is low enough that your personal hottie rating for her could lift the show into watchable territory. A mere general appreciation for her hotness isn't going to cut it though, it's best for only diehard fans to brave those waters.
