Uh, aren't some of them in their 20s?
It's difficult for us to decide in such cases. Innuendo obviously removes the crass or vulgar language (which is good in itself, as it appeases our google overlords), but it doesn't really change the underlying message. Which can be a problem too.
If the basic message is still "OMG check out this girl's boobies," and you simply say it in a slightly more PC way, that's still hardly ideal -- but it's probably not something we'll censor with any vigor unless you do it en masse.
Thread was vaguely approaching that point, so I spoke up before it did.
And McCurdy and Gomez will be turning 20 in a few months.
I assume at least a couple are in their early 20s.

Would you attribute the general differences in aesthetic purely to age? That's possible. Or could sexual preferences have changed somewhat over the last 10-15 years? I think blonde women are slightly less in fashion now than they were in the early 90s, for example. That's also possible. What do you guys think?

Speaking personally, I'm 21 so I'm (obviously) attracted to my peers of the opposite sex. Of that list you linked, the only one I'm especially into is Kate Winslet but I've had a thing for her ever since I saw Titanic as a kid.

Haha yeah, I have been trying to watch it recently and yeah, iCarly is much better, doesn't have terrible singing all the time.

A few pictures, but nothing gratuitous. Most are clearly functional: for example, pictures intended to be avatars. Lots of discussion about who is dating who, random movie discussion, and so forth. This is fine.

Overall? iCarly blows victorious out of the water. but recently... Those "seddie" episodes were kind of terrible.

Kate Winslet was in that one movie with Jack Black and Cameron DIaz, right? The name of it escapes me, but wow did I have such a crush on her in that flick. It helped that it wasn't bad either, plus Black was great in it.

None of the women in these shows are particularly attractive compared to other actresses in movies and TV. I think the guy who produces these shows purposely tries to find average, girl next door types who the young audience that watches these shows can relate to more easily than really good looking model types.

Yeah, I'm really interested in that as well. I've already got a number of more votes than this thread would indicate, I'm hoping we can get a decent idea of how many people actually lurk this thread.
I don't think I even apply to Opiates things cause now that I think I haven't even discussed these things ina long time, therefore I haven't contributed much in creepy gaf/Victorious and its come to my attention I possibly no longer care. Nor have any grounded weighted thoughts to share just flat posts.

so just to put some perspective to the thread think about this cameron diaz was 22 when she appeared on the mask, daniella monet is 22 and she is in victorious. my points is, who do you think will make it to hollywood star status, besides dakota, elle, chloe.
of course ariana and gillies are another kind of breed since they come from broadway but do you see this happening in the future?

Wow, so much has happened in these few days I was gone. CreepyGaf was slightly threatened to be destroyed, Awards are here (voted! GO SELLY) and real pictures? Too much!
