Pretty sure none of these have been mentioned yet...
JP Sater - Silent Hill Downpour
Was drunk when accident happened which lead to the deaths of 8 children, iirc he's seen drinking alcohol at some point in a cutscene or it's at least mentioned in a way that suggests alcoholism.
Mr Galloway - Bully
There's a whole mission which basically confirms him to have a serious drinking problem.
Principal Wells - Life Is Strange
Pretty sure there's a comment about him smelling of alcohol even during school hours, then you find a bottle of spirits or something stashed away in his office.
David Madsen - Life Is Strange
At one point while at Chloe's house, you can observe a beer bottle at the breakfast table and say something like "Who would be drinking this early"
Douglas Cartland - Silent Hill 3
This is just me speculating really but I think there were some subtle undertones to suggest he might be an alcoholic, some of the comments he makes about being a fuckup and letting people down etc later in the game, plus it just seems like a fitting characteristic for a gruff middle aged detective character...
