Not really pets, but I have 3 Totoro dolls (2 Oh-Totoros & 1 Chuu-Totoro all the same size) that I named:

Dave (Snake): Dark Grey Oh-Totoro doll
Jack (Raiden): Light Grey Oh-Totoro doll
Drebin: Blue Chuu-Totoro doll

...I also have a Servebot doll that I named Hal :lol

None of my pets are named after video game characters. However, my cousin named his dog Peco after the character in Breath of Fire 3.
