Ever watched the show Snapped? It's all about women killers and their husbands are usually the victims. Life insurance and "easier than divorce" are pretty common reasons for their actions which is beyond fucked.

You think $100 is bad? I saw this undercover cop show where he tries to catch this guy who wants to kill his wife. The suspect was offering $200. The next day the suspect couldn't come up with the money. So they haggle and finally settled on $40. After he gave the money to the cop he was arrested.

That's nothing. On Investigation Discovery they had a grandma who ordered the hit of her husband AND her two grand kids. A 69 year old woman. And she was totally nonchalant about it.

I wonder if real hitmen do the no canceling from this point thing. Obviously theres going to be a cutoff but I can't imagine it would be weeks in advance. Seems like that could be an easy way to spot undercover police.
