The heart attack cocktail is steroids + massive amounts of painkillers + alcohol & other hard drugs.

Vince isn't on truckloads of painkillers like the wrestlers who had the heart attacks. Definitely on steroids and then there's been allegations in a couple books about him using cocaine, but nothing that's been substantiated.
