Sorry you think I'm creepy. I've never really 'dated' or been on 'dates' before. I've recently been divorced from a six year relationship and never dated before then because I was in high school. Personally, I believe you can "hang out" with someone of the opposite gender and it doesn't have to be a date. I've always thought it bad form to be direct and ask if it's a date.
