Just use romance candy or joy candy.
Should I be running with more than one garden? Is having only one garden doing it the wrong way?
dirtmonkey37 said:No, but you don't understand. The hearts go away, and then they come back after a few minutes (real people minutes).
I think it's either because my garden is too full (which it sometimes isn't)
Or because ruffians come in...
BenjaminBirdie said:It counts wild pinatas that wander in and out. Sadly.
dirtmonkey37 said:SO you're saying that even when wild pinatas and sours come in, the hearts still go away?

platypotamus said:I'm running two right now. My normal garden and my swamp. I needed some aquatic pinatas for one of my goals, but didn't want to dig up massive ponds in my main garden (again, having already filled them in because they were annoying me)... so I started a second garden just for water pinatas. It's working out pretty well. I'm thinking about going for a third and maybe more later, in an effort to have a "family" of every type of pinata accross my various gardens. Don't know if I'm willing to smack all the hard dirt in another couple gardens though.
dirtmonkey37 said:Do you get to keep your upgrades when you start a new garden or do you have to start all over from the beginning?

a Master Ninja said:SWEET. Depending where you hatch the egg, you get different kinds of Dragonache. I've got to hatch mine in long grass to get green with that cool mane.

Sean said:You keep everything, all of your shovel upgrades, your current level, your money, your current garden space, etc. And you can send pinatas to your gamertag and then open it up in the new garden if you want (or you can just pay the hunter to capture one).
dirtmonkey37 said:Do you guys recomend having more than one garden? Or, is it entirely possible for one to get through the game and get achievements and level up just as easily with one garden/
dirtmonkey37 said:SO you're saying that even when wild pinatas and sours come in, the hearts still go away EDIT: along with the fact that they go away when your garden is overpopulated?
goldenpp72 said:Anything in the garden counts, this includes ruffians, sours and helpers, hell even pinatas that are just browsing.
Ghost said:Apparently the twin value is down to the ultra-random feat of getting twin pinatas (two in one egg). Can happen with any breed apparently and there's no way to increase the chances.
But yeah i dont get the party values either.

Flynn said:Anybody bred colored flutterscotches? Am I mistaken, or do the blue, red, etc. ones create white offspring? If you create seven greens via feeding flowers does that count for master romancer?
GDJustin said:How do I get colored Flutterscotches? I need green ones to feed to my toads, but I only have the default white.
make them eat a watercress flower i believeGDJustin said:How do I get colored Flutterscotches? I need green ones to feed to my toads, but I only have the default white.
Schafer said:Feed them different flowers, they will generally turn into whatever color the flower is. So for green you can feed them watercress.

Toadstools are poisonous but if youxabre said:Toadstools are poisonous aren't they? I planted a bunch of them and I think my piñatas ate them because next minute I came back and saw something akin to a mass grave of sick and dying.
Then that prick dastardos came and went on a genocidal rampage, wiping out half my ****ing garden population before the doctor got there.
if true thats sad to hear... Viva is easily one of the bestest most addicting titles ive ever played..Orodreth said:It seems it sold less than 40k or something like that. And seems to be doing bad in UK also ( don´t know the rest of Europe ).

SiegfriedFM said:I've only played for a few hours and right now the garden is quite a controlled mess. Loads of houses everywhere and a few of each kind of piñata. Can I sell off the kinds I'm not interested in for the moment and simply hunt for new ones if I need them later?
Also, when do I get access to a bigger garden?
Finally, when do I get the pet shop? I want to buy sheep, loads of them!
:lolDragmire said:*walks rather blindly into thread* OMG what are you guys talking about?!

not to mention a bunch of "riiiights" and "oookay"s lolplatypotamus said:I think one of the best things about the game is trying to tell people about it, or convince them to buy it.
I am always telling them about the ecology of the pinatas "Buzzlegums can make honey, but they'll fight with your Raisants." "Syrupents will eat your Mousemallows if you don't protect them." "There's even a Chippopotamus!"
You get the strangest looks. It's great.
