My tracking number shows USPS. Oh god they are slow.

It says APX right? APX is a 3rd party that works with USPS.Standard ground using them is 3-7 days according to their website.

APX and USPS are slow to update shipping info I have read.

Yah it goes to the APX website but when you click on the actual tracking number it will come up with the USPS website. I don't care if they ship it pony express I just want it by the end of the week.

Nope,but I believe APX CS doesnt open till 7:30 pacific time and they're based out in California,then again they have different distribution sites around the US and their CS center is in IL.

This kinda pisses me off,two guys have had theirs shipped fed ex ground and its showing they will get it the 22nd WTF did we get APX!?

i really hoped to wake up to a solidly shipped 360 this morning. if this isn't resolved by 3 or 4, i'm going to plan on lining up tonight. my tracking number still works at apx. the usps tracking number apx gives me doesn't work, but it never has.

The walmart site clearly says it should arrive 11/24 - 12/1 yet you expect real-time tracking numbers on a WEEKEND 3-9 days before expected arrival. :lol

I called up APX to figure it out. That whole manifest deal means they got a notification to be expecting a package for them to delievery. Yeah. So I was told to check my shipping information later to see if they get today.

So I asked, did they know where my package would be shipping out from?

Memphis, Tennessee.

I live in the Bay Area of California.

This is ground shipping.

I'm just worried that this is all going to amount nothing. Conceivably, my order was processed and the shipping manifest info was forwarded to APX prior to my order being "cancelled." If that was the case, APX is probably waiting for a package to ship that will never arrive.

This is a very good point. Though in my case, I had both someone on the phone and on email confirm that was in fact, actually coming.

It's likely. As I said on the first page, I'm almost positive that all of these are going to ship from Tennessee. So, if you guys want an idea of how long it'll take, check out the time in transit apps at UPS/USPS.com.

How do you do that on the USPS site? I must be blind,I cant find away to check transit times.

edit- nm,found it,put it a random memphis,tn zipcode and mine and it said 5 business days.

38133 is the zip code for Bartlett, TN (where mine, as well as others, shipped from). It's around 15 pounds, probably classified as "large package". I'm not too familiar with APX, but it's probably equal to parcel post.

"Because I am a paranoid super-nerd I called APX, (shipping to NY as well), they are small company which may be good thing. They told me that my pacakge is there and ready for shipment via USPS first thing tomorrow. So I hope that helps"

I was able to cancel the items from my bundle that hadn't shipped, but my order is still listed as "processing" and I haven't been billed yet. So I called to make sure that I wouldn't be charged the full amount of the bundle, and the woman told me that I would be charged when I received my order. :lol

Just checked my tracking info again and my estimated delivery date got moved from 11/22 to 11/23, which is pretty much what I was expecting. Still pretty good, though, so I'm not even a tiny bit upset.

Oh yea no doubt FedEx is better,kinda sad we got APX,but with all the madness that is happening right now im just happy to be getting one even if it arrives Dec 1st.

Plus we will be the only people who didnt have to buy a bundle package online.


edit- UPS tracking info for people getting it that way has started showing up,so its just us APX guys,which is basically most of us who havent had our tracking info updated...damn they are slow.
