Well here endth the journey young lads. My 2nd 360 arrived and will have a new home this evening with my best friend who will be purchasing it. Now if I happen upon another great deal (sans the horrible APX/USPS shipping), I'll definitely snatch another up for eBay fodder. But thanks to all for the updates and enjoy your system (if you kept one).

My frustration with APX has reached an all time high. Just gave them a call and they don't know where it is. It could be setting in the Memphis bulk mail center or already here in Sacramento. If it's still in Memphis it has been chillin' there for 7 days. If I don't see an update soon I'm going to go crazy.

I have my 360 already, and I did this a backup plan. I live in Long Beach, CA which is basically Los Angeles. My USPS tracking says the system is in a city that is 9 miles from my home. Hopefully I get it in today or tomorrow. West Coasters should be getting their 360 any day now from what it looks like.

Anyone else's headset kinda fucked up? :\ I went to personal settings and turned the volume up and still cant hear that great.Not sure if it got busted in the shipping,I mean it looks fine....of course I dont have a headset from the first xbox cause that broke,I think they make shitty ass headsets.I might just buy a new one next week

Also a pair of the batteries in the box didnt work in my remote,I switched them out and put new ones in and my remote works fine now.

Other than those two issues so far my 360 is working nicely *knocks on wood*

I received that message this morning, meaning my package has been setting in Memphis for a head scratching 8 days. 8 f'n days. If I knew this was going to happen I could have had family that lives in Memphis pick it up and overnight it to me, hell they could have sent it regular mail and I still would have had it by now. ARGHHHHHHH!!!

By the way, Wal-Mart promises the package will be delivered by the 1st. Obviously that's not going to happen, what actions can I take against Wal-Mart, if any. I'm not trying to get a complete refund or anything crazy, but could I possible get the shipping cost refunded?

I ordered this one like 2 weeks ago, but still camped out on launch day because I figured my Wal-Mart.com order was gonna be cancelled.

So now I've got an extra one. I was thinking of ebaying it, but I'm very concerned that this one isn't gonna work because its in very flimsy packaging. There aren't any dents in the box, but the 360 package is just sitting loosely in the shipping box. They didn't put any bubble wrap or shipping peanuts inside the box What a terrible way to ship a $400 item. Wal-Mart.com shipping just flat out sucks.

What a horrible week. Girlfriend breaks up with me, Giants lose, I lose my car keys somewhere on a construction site, I find out my ex-girlfriend was using me, security guards don't let me park on my job site resulting in me walking half a mile just to get to work, AND I won't get my 360.

I got 2 from walmart.com in seperate orders - 1 bundle and 1 from this deal. Both were packed with only one tiny bit of crumpled brown paper and arrived dented.

After showing up in Memphis since the 23rd, the USPS tracking just showed at my local post office. My other one arrived 10 days ago. I tried to get Walmart to cancel the order once I knew I would get it, but then they said I would have to return it if I got it (no free 360 for me). Luckily this was the one for my brother who I wouldn't have been able to give it to until this weekend anyway.

Anyone else still waiting for theirs?
