At a certain point, most responsible parents provide sex ed to their children.
At a certain point, most responsible pet owners will neuter their pets.
But this ad is pretty loaded/charged. The fact that they substitute a girl for the dog and make it seem that the girl needs to be fixed, rather than the boys will raise some eyebrows - if not ire.

Yes, the last two boys were way too old or old looking. They were like 13 and she was 8 tops.

In the middle of the commercial when the kid slams up against the fence, I thought of Silence of the Lambs where the crazy guy in the cell was like, "I can smell your pussy!"
Then I got to the end and was like, "oh hey, I agree with this commercial's message."
