Doesn't WB have to make a new Supes movie every certain amount of years to keep the rights?
I'm sorry what? Never heard of this before. Giving away rights to who exactly?

So we finally get real Superman and not the broody Supes we have now? Well at least he smiles in the Justice League pic, that's progress I guess.

If Snyder is involved in any way, shape, or form, then lmfao.

Fuck the haters. I loved Man of Steel. It solved all the problems I had with Superman Returns. Just Clarke stalking Lois for three hours. No fights. He lifts something.
MoS had great action. Felt like Superman.
You guys killed Jimmy tho
The fact they are acknowledging they haven't got the character right yet is encouraging to me.
As much as I hated both SS and BvS, trust me, you haven't even seen a glimpse at how bad filmmaking can get.The first one was one of the worst movies i have ever seen
Please have a scene of him shaving his face with his laser eye beam nonsense.
Cavill shoud be bald by then. Bald Superman will be a sight to behold.
Don't worry, i loved it too.I feel like I'm one of the select few people that loved MoS. It's got its fair share of problems but I genuinely don't get the hatred
Please do a complete reboot, don't let Zack Snyder anywhere near it.
I know it's not going to happen.
DC is owned by WB, so I can't see how that would be possible...
Huh? WB owns DC. They are not Fox/Sony.
in the same way that a fleshlight "feels like a vagina" but is actually you just sticking your dick in a tube, sure.
That was settled down in 2012.I thought Supes was a special case and if they don't make a film the rights go back to the family of the original creators:

Villain ideas? Villain ideas...
Brainiac is a big one, but ultimately I feel as though it would be a tough one to swallow for a single movie. Maybe an introduction to him?
Parasite would be a good one to have for a one-off villain. I mean, life-draining would be a good power for Sups to deal with right have his regeneration.
Metallo would be a neat one too. We've seen that Kryptonite exists, so why not get a cyborg to run off the the stuff?
Atomic Skull would be a fun one. Lots of cool CGI and you can add a mild horror vibe to the film.
Bizarro would have been cool, but they've already done the big Kryptonian bad-guy twice now. Save Bizarro for a reboot or something...
Of course, my real choice is Vartox...
He is Lex Luthor...
I liked Man of Steel, it was rough in a lot of ways but it showed promise. So far they have yet to deliver on that promise whatsoever. Hopefully they get it right with this one because I do think Henry Cavill is a good fit for Superman.
He is Lex Luthor...
Yeah and he was terrible.
But a person close to the project told TheWrap that Superman is a top priority for the studio and getting the character right for audiences is of tantamount importance.
Luthor Sr died.I thought he was Alexander Luthor Jr,
that was their way to have an out if they wanted.
killing him in BvS was just so freaking stupid. they aren't even pretending that anyone thinks he's gone for good
