I still maintain that if Ubi can execute this type of game well then Watch_Dogs stands to be an excellent game. Being an open city game with vehicles and guns is going to lend all sorts of comparisons to GTA and in that respect Watch_Dogs has some very stiff competition.

Looked ok, Think visually it might be a step down from Infamous which is another open world type game. But i'll wait and see as the trailer seemed to contain ps3 footage aswell.

Yeah, the downgrade is real. Graphically looks less impressive than the gameplay trailer we saw a year ago. BUT, who cares! The gameplay looks very solid and it would have non-stop crazy action. Those are my main topics.

Looks like a cross-gen title between the smoke, fire and explosion effects. Not horrible, just not really as exciting as I had hoped. The more I see 'exclusive content' the less excited I am about this for all platforms. I wonder what the PC version will be missing.

That's pretty much where I'm at with Watch_Dogs. The graphics are the LEAST of my c concerns with this game.

You wouldn't get that from this trailer, which features Adrian shooting things at least 3 times, but only using his hacking tools once. I worry the emphasis on how much this is like Assassin's Creed + GTA is not setting useful expectations of the narrative tone the game takes. Which probably only matters to people who care about story, but jesus why else would I buy a sandbox game when I've played so many until now?

What exactly about the original reveal is missing? The only things I was missing (from the recent supposedly-downgraded footage) were rain and steam coming out of the road. They're still not showing rain (which continues to baffle me), but at least they're showing the roads being wet and full of puddles. And finally I see steam coming out of the roads too.

Can someone enlighten me please.
