I have read h-manga/ero-doujins simply for the story because ever so often ones come out that have intriguing stories besides just the fucking.

This. There have been some h-manga or animated hentai that have been pretty interesting and watchable for just the story alone. Actually I've come across a number over the years where I actually wish the sex wasn't actually in it at all. The removal could have improved the actual stories overall, sometimes to a very significant degree and would have been decent one off stories in their own right. It's a strange experience. I think the first time it happen it was at a time I was just watching any anime I could find because I wanted to watch all genres and ended up watching one I didn't realize was porn at the time. Nothing at the start of it even suggested it. Never did this with live action though.

The movie is pretty much just ramming in as much useless story as the rest of it gets soaked in weird eroticism.

And there is a trapeze scene that... well... it goes to weird places.
