Where's my FUCKING CONTENT!

I called SONY CSR, they all are aloof to the situation=/
Spoke to Supervisor, he's even confused
Now got to wait till Monday 11AM EST for Super Duper Tech Support, they get the weekends off

So everything I purchased Gone
All PS+ Items from Day 1 vanished
All Purchased Items Vanished except Costume Quest

I go to DL list through Transaction Management or the new Store 3/3 items

Sign into my Vita, all my items there... DA FUQ!?!
Sign into SEN account, all my items there... Jesus!

So New Store fucks me over... Amazing!

So what you're saying is, your transaction history is intact and there's a small glitch with it being visible on the PS3?

Flip out, I'm sure it'll never get fixed. Yup.

Well if everything shows up on your Vita's dl list, the info is still all there. The new store just isn't accessing it right now. I wouldn't panic if I were you.

That's the problem

All purchases are blank

No Red Shopping Bag Icon

It wants me to re-buy all my content @regular price to boot

All PS+ items give me an error, so I can't even DL those games

Luckily I have stockpiled most games onto my HDD, some I left some to DL later, now I had room, after cleaning up some clutter, I can't get to my content

Why do people think I'm going mad or going ape shit?

I'm a little peeved, at least allow me that

Bolded are the same for me.

None of the PS+ games are marked 'downloaded' for me and when I try to download them I just get an error. Sad that they forgot to test their subscription service with their new store.

Got transferred to a Network Specialist, even he is confused... Fucking Great

Made me rebuild the database, went through the 1 hour+ procedure same result

So pissed

Tech said we'll call you back in 2-3 days, they have no clue," have their top people looking into this"

He said I'm the only one in the US with this problem...

Asked to check my youtube video for the reason/proof, against protocol >_<

Sign-Out, tell me your sign-in, sign-in, now what's your name you are signed in under
Reboot the system 2nd time (do database refresh) [Rebuild]
Go to store buy something
Transaction history, 10+ different scenarios here
etc.
Then after 1 hour 30 minutes
"Wow, no clue, you are the only person in NA with this issue... We will investigate... 2-3 days tops"

Call today, "We have changed the timeline to TBD, sorry, we didn't inform you, we should have, but you called us, thanks, just wait it out...."

"Umm... new PS+ store update content I can't get to, now what?"

"Sux2bu, when it's resolved, we will see what we can do, till then you're SOL"

"FML"

Funny how on my Vita I can see RE5 being purchased and in my list, yet the PS3 doesn't recognize it, never bought it or is my DL list
Try to re-purchase either I get "Sorry Content Not Allowed" or "$29.99" please

When you spoke to SONY did you inform them you spent the past 2 weeks inputting countless free PS+ codes and creating numerous fake accounts probably all tied to the same credit card #?

Yes

I told them I'm subbed till 2017

They have all my info

Every transaction, every code ever inputted into the system

The supervisor was like how many PS3's did you buy? (thinking 1 month PS+ codes added in with every PS3 Bundle... lol)

They say PS+ has no bearing on this, it's something Network related on their side

I can see my list on my Vita, all items
On PS3 I can't

Something is blocking the PS3 from getting access to my list, I even updated to 4.31 just to see if that fixes it
I'm not doing a full clean wipe unless they are 110% sure I get my list/content back
I can Re-DL everything, huge pain I know, almost 130GB's worth of content

Stupid new store =/
