Last week we gave you some news that select markets are currently offering the new Sweet Thai Chili Chicken Sandwich from Wendy’s. Here’s another test market item from the burger side of things so attention Sacramento, Providence and Chattanooga… you’ve got the new Green Chile Quesoburger. This burger features 100% beef topped with warm and spicy Poblano Queso sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, three strips of Applewood Smoked Bacon, red onion and salsa verde on a toasted premium bun.

The Green Chile Quesoburger will set you back 550 calories, 32 grams of fat (14 saturated), 1130 milligrams of sodium, 35 grams of carbs and 34 grams of protein.

Also available in these select markets alongside the Green Chile Quesoburger is the new Queso Baked Potato which is the classic Wendy’s baked potato topped with salsa verde and Poblano Queso sauce.

Jesus christ. This is my problem with fast food. It's just not good enough to justify these off the wall numbers.
