Keep Triple H out tubby, he's no Batista.
Blade movies are overrated. They have none of the wit that is the trademark of the MCU.

I think Marvel would be just fine with a little less "wit" in their flicks.
Eh..Wut? The Guardians intro & the Mandarin reveal really aint comparable.
Michael Jai White has the charisma to pull off Blade outside of fighting, just give him the material.
Blade is in no way "too complex" for White.
And who cares if he doesn't look as close to Blade as Snipes? He's close enough and has the most important requirements checked off.
Couldn't find an ending gif.
Fair point though. No problem with it at the beginning, Has no place in a climax.
Del Toro's commentary on Blade 2 is a must listen. It is hilarious, showing his enthusiasm for the Blade universe, while ripping his own film to pieces sometimes. There is a whole bit about putting a wig on the bald vampire but it was rejected because he looked too much like Michael Bolton.
I don't know, Marvel just made Guardians of the Fuckin' Galaxy into a huge blockbuster. They are on a roll and not afraid to take risks. I could see them very much doing a new R rated Blade to diversify their lineup so to speak.
I know I'd be impressed as all hell if they even had the stones to try it.
Speaking of Blade, where is he comic book wise? I haven't heard a peep about his character in forever?
He wanted to kill Jubilee, and that's about it. He hasn't been majorly used in a long time.
Blade 3 was a piece of crap & Wesley Snipes knew it.
I don't think anyone can blame him when he was working with such a bad script & with b-level director & co-actors.
Well one of the things about Mighty Avengers is it's almost all black heroes, so Blade is an obvious choice. It's not like he's being pushed in the main Avengers or New Avengers books, which are the really big ones.Given Blade's done absolute fuck all in Marvel Comics for decades, I have to assume him being promoted in an Avengers comic suggests an MCU version is a distinct possibility. Maybe as a Netflix TV series.
Wouldn't mind a team movie with some of Marvel's darker horror based or oddball characters that I like. If they don't think they can stand on their own that is. GhostRider, Man-Thing, Blade, Morbius...Howard the Duck maybe?

1 is on one of the Cinemax channels atm. OMAX? Is that Outer Max? So good. Has Stephen Dorff ever done anything remotely this good?
Wrong, he is the Mighty Avengers. Being married and shit.
They just did a flash back to the 70s with him and Luke Cage's father.

Blade got himself a white woman
all the dudes in mighty got a white woman.
What is marvel tryna say lmao
English royalty too. But her family has a bad habit of turning into vampires.Blade got himself a white woman
blue marvel got one as a consolation prize for forced retirement
Blade is a marvel property. It fits. All of Marvel fits in its own universe.I don't think I'd want Blade in the MCU. It wouldn't fit. More stuff like the first and second please.

So, will they concoct some BS explanation for Blade aging or pretend it hasn't happened? Or does he age? Not that familar with the source material, tbh
Trinity was absolutely horrendous but had Triple H and for Dracula we had Sexy Michael Scott so it ain't all bad
Also I don't see anyone in here asking for Bokeem Woodbine to reprise his role from the TV show Blade
That wasn't Bokeem Woodbine, it was Sticky Fingaz from the rap group Onyx. I liked the Blade tv series.
