4. Baiten Katos: Origins
Awesome battle system, an improvement in every way over the already fun original game.
3. SMT III: Nocturne
Brutal but the sense of accomplishment after defeating that tough boss, one of the few jrpgs that I also really like the minimalist story.
2. Final Fantasy XII
Love the world, it seemed so epic in scope. Sunk 60 hours into the hunts alone.
1. The Last Remnant
Deep, if sometimes obtuse battle system, that hooked me from the start, so much so that if was hard not to grind bescsue I enjoyed it so much.
