Breakfast:
2/3 cup of oatmeal with ceylon cinnamon, stevia, vanilla extract and hemp seed on top
A tablespoon of both almond butter and organic peanut butter
Two slices of lean ham
1 cup of bone broth an hour later
An hour and a bit after, a kiwi smoothie with hemp powder and peanut butter amoung other flavour enhancers.
Lunch:
Half of a large baked potato with a tablespoon of soaked/baked organic pumpkin seeds
A can of chopped lean turkey with a tablespoon of tomato paste added as well as smoked paprika, cumin & cardamom.
Some almond milk in between and a homemade granola in about 20 mins.
I brought my lunch (salad, grilled chicken) like a fiscally responsible/healthy person but my coworkers went to the good falafel place and i went with them and bought a sandwich there instead
Black coffee and a few almonds for breakfast.
Salad with homemade garlic dressing and water for lunch.
Leaving in like five minutes to pick up chicken wings for dinner.
Breakfast - special k protein plus cereal
snack - small bag of salsa sun chips
lunch - turkey sandwich + greek yogurt + hint of salt triscuits & peanut butter
dinner - spagetti + english peas + black beans + naked kale blazer drink + some low sodium wheat thins

Salmon fillet with wilted spinach and 500ml flavoured water
100g peanuts
125g smoked cheese
175g Greek yogurt mixed with a scoop of whey protein
8 meatballs with pepper sauce and 500ml flavoured water
3 scrambled eggs made with 60ml double cream, 4 rashers of streaky bacon. 500ml flavoured water
200ml water
I'm calling it a UFO (unidentified food object), I know I stuffed something in my mouth this morning rushing the kids to school/kindy...I just don't recall what it looked like or tasted like at all...
I'm also dreaming of coffee but green tea is what I'm having right meow.
X2 Muller rice pots and an apple lattice square pastry for breakfast.
Fresh king prawn and chili pizza for dinner.
1 litre Apple & Elderflower and White Grape & Blackberry sparkling water.
Few packs of cherry jellies throughout the day. Another apple square at some point. Two Mr. Kipling French Fancies as a tiny snack before bed (come after me, health GAF!).

I had some hard boiled eggs first thing. Then a giant bowl of pineapple and strawberries. Then I had a roast beef sandwich with guac and greek salad for lunch. Then I had another bowl of fruit and some left over chicken and beef chow mein from last night. Then later I think I will have a steak with mushrooms and some asparagus.
I've had nothing yet, but I do have some ribs, macaroni, okra, and beans I'm gonna eat tonight. Maybe this is why I can't lose weight. I typically only eat once a day and its a big meal.
Breakfast: Icelandic yogurt (Skyr - 0%) with some assorted berries
Lunch: Sandwich + greek yogurt (Turkey on whole wheat with spinach, 0% yogurt)
Snack: Quinoa bar
Dinner: Chicken and rice
