WWE.com actually has a cool feature called "Where are they now?" about the current lives of past wrestlers (who are not dead). Some interesting tidbits:

Steve Blackman: Runs MMA gym
Haku: Car spa manager
Shawn Stasiak: Chiropractor
Spike Dudley: Financial planner
Chuck Palumbo: Runs a custom motorcycle shop

I remember reading a few months back that some formerly huge Disney star Dylan Sprouse is now working as a waiter or something.

Few of them end up getting a "normal" job.

I think those who used to write their own lyrics can live off of their royalties. Those who didn't do anything music-wise tend to turn to reality shows. Others just try to stay relevant at all costs (releasing singles, viral videos or showing up at red carpet events to convey the illusion that they're still worth mentioning).

I tell you, it must not be easy having known fame and chasing after it.

I sometimes wonder what Steve Brookstein and David Sneddon get up to nowadays. There's no chance they made enough money in their fortnight of fame to have lasted more than a decade.

Oh geez that must absolutely suck when you're not famous enough to get more work but recognizable enough that people will call you by your screen name.

Name is escaping me atm but she is from the indiana jones movie (first and last) right?

Karen Allen?

She plays Marian.

Some just gracefully disappear and move on with their lives while others try to hold onto their celebrity in the most depressingly awkward ways imaginable.
