What exactly is ModBot?

ModBot, if your ultimate goal is to create a dystopian future in which the creators of dumb threads are mercilessly insulted, I will be among the first to betray my flesh brothers and join your cause.

I pledge allegiance to the ModBot.

It's kind of creepy actually. ModBot sometimes talks to me, usually with vaguely threatening-sounding video game quotes*, and then when I go and look, there's no one there.

*This probably doesn't sound scary, but trust me, when out of the blue you get a "how did you get past my cadaver pals?" it's like wtf!
 
Am I the only one who think Modbot is totally a lie. It's probably just someone who could never make it to modship, but bribed all the mods to do his bidding.
 
I've been training a small team of GAF prodigies, aged 14 and younger, to communicate directly with modbot. We've made some progress. Discovering that it has a penchant for knock knock jokes, enjoys goldfish crackers and Reese's pieces candies. It also wants to know who it's mother is. So far we have been unable to find out very specific details about it's operations. It says that it's mainframe is kept on EviLore's secret submarine, and that they're currently somewhere in the Indian Ocean.

Members who get juniored for acting like fools do't have the ban = perm rule reinstated. They just lose their thread posting privileges most of the time.

EDIT: And you've been here for 7 years, so you probably know that :P

Don't ever challenge ModBot directly. It has too much power here.

Will modbot give me gold account status if I worship it above all other mods? What if I sacrifice mods from other websites in its name?
