The last update from their page is from one year ago.. No new announced games from them.. Did they disband?

I once picked up that they were now part of UbiSoft ? (or they were all along ?)
And that they were responsible for the very decent XIII game..

EDIT : yep, just checked by booting up XIII, it definitely says "Southend Interactive", so they haven't disbanded !

They only did the Xbox port of XIII, as the CEO rights himself....

Hi Josh!

Thanks for your interest in our team!

SouthEnd is very much alive, and right now we're working on a new
in-house developed game concept for a big publisher.

After Deathrow in fall 2002 we did some prototyping and game design for
new game concepts. Pitching and actually signing a new contract with a
publisher is a long and hard process so we were very pleased when UBI
Soft asked us to work on the Xbox version of their cartoon shaded
shooter XIII in 2003. We developed special effects, Xbox Live support
and a lot of other things for it. Our relationship was very good indeed
after Deathrow.

When XIII was done we continued developing our new game concept and
finally signed it early this year. It's too soon to give any details
about it at the moment, but as you can see from our web page we're
currently looking for more talented people to join out team.

SouthEnd Interactive is still independent and privately owned. All
owners work actively at SouthEnd.

Best regards
Anders Jeppsson
CEO, SouthEnd Interactive AB

Sweet ! I like Southend, both of their Xbox games so far (if you count XIII) have impressed me so far, and I'd definitely like to see more from them !
