What intros do you leave unskipped?

Glad I'm not the only one who does this!
It's like a sweet theme song for a TV show...except for games.

Super Smash Bros Melee,Persona 3 Portable, 4, 5, Link to the Past, Zelda 1, and the original Metroid.

Melee's is definitely the GOAT, the only times it's OK to skip it are whenever you're on limited time to play or something along those lines.

I didn't know RE7 had one until today! I saw the intro playing and thought "wow, they're really going all out with these DLC advertisements" but then realized it was something from the regular game. It's good.

This is my favorite intro for a game tbh, and I never really got into a SC game outside of 2. It wasn't until recently that I was reminded of how good this intro is. Puts Soul Calibur's to shame, and even tops 2's which I used to think was the best when it came out.

The intro still looks good overall despite the early CG because of how well-directed the scenes are. Still impressive, with action-packed and intriguing moments throughout.

Legend of Mana.
I mean, the intro by itself is pretty much why I love this game in the first place.

All the Persona intros are great. 3, 4, 5, Dancing All Night, the fighting games, etc.
And Ocarina of Time... Seeing that for the first time made me fall in love with videogames.

GT4 (US) Panama intro by Van Halen. Just awesome.

Resident Evil Code Veronica, of course. That gun catch in slowmo.

Ferrari F355 Challenge. Best intro song I cant think of. Kinda similar to Moon Over the Castle but by Yu Suzuki.. my favourite!

I've been playing Persona 5 since launch and I just can't do it to myself, skipping that slick ass intro and missing the theme before playing just wouldn't feel right.
Just about any PS1 or PS2 era RPGs.

Arc the Lad (any of them)
Vagrant Story
Parasite Eve
Shadow Hearts Covenant
Chrono Cross
Digital Devil Saga

I'm sure many, many more that aren't coming to me at the moment.

Legend of Mana.

Never played Legend, but a friend of mine and I would often just sit and listen to Secret of Mana's because it was so soothing.

Also on the super old school track of things... I used to listen to the original GTA's title screen music for ages :3

edit: oh my god, how could I forget the two crusader games? AMAZING stuff back on the amiga, I'd leave these idling on the menu just for these tunes :D
Crusader: No Remorse

Pretty much any anime intro with a catchy song.

Feels like watching a new episode of a cartoon for each sessions. :P

Namco was truly on point during that PSX era. The Tekken 2 intro is visually very outdated but also has a ton of character and mood.

SC1's intro's gimmick is that it was all in-game and you could configure it as you wanted by putting any character into any of its segments. This made it quite fun to fiddle with, and even provided some amusing moments like putting Voldo in the place of Sophitia. :)
SC2's intro is IMHO nothing special, besides the ending crescendo which is quite hype.
