Depending on how much you want the Jurassic Park stuff, Trespasser is pretty awesome just for the voice overs and seeing places like Wu's office and Hammond's bungalow even if they're pretty barren. Go into it knowing it's not a good video game and you might have a good time.
Sega The Lost World Arcade is the way to go if you want the best Jurrasic Park experience in a game.

Since we're really stretching the dinosaur genre here, I'd definitely like to mention TMNT: Tournament Fighters on SNES. Lots of depth, much better than most fighting games of that era, even compared to the arcade. SNES is superior to genesis version.
