A Fish Aficionado

I am going to make it through this year if it kills me
Ketchup is good, but pedestrian.
Mustard? I can see it but, no.
Mayo, I'm American and so mayo means Best Foods. Give me that Euro mayo.
Aioli, Mayo made great again.
Japanese Mayo? Never tried it.

What's your go to sauce for fries?

I like equal parts ketchup and mayo, with a dash of sriracha and onion powder.

It's also what I put on my burgers.

According to the last thread we had like this, Belgian mayo?

I make a mixture of ketchup, mustard, and pepper. I put a little salt in if the fries are underseasoned.

Ketchup. Maybe Sriracha Ketchup if I'm feeling frisky. But undeniably ketchup. The match-up of friends potatoes and ketchup is just heavenly to me, perhaps one of the best food combinations in existence.

I equate Chik-Fil-A to Whole Foods.

Not really much different, but a good marketing scheme.

Placebos in food.

I have recently tried barbecue sauce with fries and it has been a revelation. Not sure what is the best brand for it though and am looking for suggestions.

I can't eat fish and chips without curry sauce.

BBQ sauce and burger sauce are great for American style 'fries' though.
