Today was extremely hot. The temperature reached 103 degrees Fahrenheit today.

Thankfully, I have an insulated mug that keeps ice intact for over a day.

I love ice cold water. Ice water is the most refreshing drink and it's near free!

Dang, OP -- Arizona, California, or... what? That's pretty hot for this time of year in Texas. Not that we get as warm as a number of places, but high heats and summers that last too long are definitely the warm. 103 late September though? That's pretty brutal. :o

Also, same with water. Any time I'm home, I keep a metal bottle in the fridge. I'll drink out of it, refill what I drank, and then throw it back in the fridge. Our ice tastes kind of meh (well, our freezer makes it taste meh), so it's the best I've got. Not that I'm complaining, as it tastes really good and nothing quenches thirst like cold water.

I used to be a soda addict, drinking around six 12 oz cans of coca cola a day. Never drank water. Then I became an alcoholic and drank beer every day after work. One day I got sick of feeling like shit and quit drinking soda and alcohol. Now all I drink is water, coffee, and milk.

Quenching thirst and feeling hot? There's nothing better than cold brew matcha. Not sure why more people don't drink it, shit is amazing.

Arizona here, by the way.

Water.

You guys enjoy milk? I actively try to avoid it lmao. I rarely even eat cereal because milk just grosses me out. Idk what it is.

If I go and buy a beverage, its this:

It has blackberry in it, too. And actually tastes more blackberry, than raspberry. Not too sweet. Nice kick from the 16 grams of real ginger. No preservatives. All ingredients are natural. Not just a ginger ale. The flavor is bold and deep.

In terms of most regular it would be water followed by coffee and then beer.

I don't drink much soft drinks or juice, maybe once a week for the latter.

I just cant fuck with raspberry flavoring since learning the majority of the flavoring comes from beaver anal glands, and they dont have to list it because its a natural flavor.
