This is my jam. Whip up a scoop with a little white vinegar and you're in mustard-town.

Put this on a medium cooked steak, damn now I'm hungry.

It's hard to pass up OP's Maille Dijon for sandwiches or salads (mixed with extra virgin olive oil + S&P).

I don't like any of the fancy mustards. They just never tasted good to me. I just like plain old generic yellow mustard.

Go to?

French's Yellow. It's abundant, reliable, hits the spot, cheap, tastes good, tops a burger and a hot dog just right.

It's not necessarily my favorite mustard or the best I've ever had, but it's definitely my go to Mustard. The no mess, no leak cap is one of the most brilliant inventions in the history of condiments. Pretty much changed my life.
Something, something first post. Probably not the best there is for sure, but definitely my go to mustard as well.

It's hard to go wrong with just about any Beaver brand mustards. This is a great go-to mustard, though I use their Jalapeño mustard a lot as well.

Thanks to that Inglehoffer's mentioned above I went from hating mustard (thanks to terrible regular mustard) to making my own in the course of like three months.

But this is my favorite right here

The Maille is also excellent. I usually use that if I'm making a pan sauce.

I'm still not competent at making my own but man is it fun. I've threatened all my co-workers that they're getting homemade mustard for Christmas.
