So far, so good on anything:

I used to mix that sauce, atomic sauce, and franks into a giant bowl and use it as wing sauce. Little bit of butter and some chili pepper seasoning, so tasty and so hot.

This thread has successfully made my mouth water

Ugh, really? I bought a bottle of Dave's a while ago and there isn't anything that I even consider mixing it with anymore. It's not so much the heat (I love spicy food), but it has such an overwhelming flavor to it. Even a tiny amount has ruined the flavor of certain things I tried to mix it with (usually other hot sauces). To each their own, though.

It seems we have this topic every week or so.
I can't say I have a go-to sauce, but one of my favorites is Nando's Garlic Peri-Peri sauce.

Tastes really good, especially with chicken.

The extra hot is my favourite, but all of Nando's hot sauce is delicious.

Sweet Onion and Chipotle at Subway.

I like Sweet Baby Ray's, Chick-Fil-A sauce (and their BBQ sauce) and McDonald's Sweet Chili sauce.

I guess I should also include Heinz Ketchup. There's not really any other ketchup that I try, so that wins by default for me.

I make my own sauce. Well, more like a salsa. Really simple, quick, and goes with everything.

But, if I'm really lazy I use Sriracha.

Sriracha, Cholula, Frank's (regular, or their Extra Hot Buffalo sauce), Tapatio... They're all good.

One of my personal favorites - I don't think it's been mentioned, yet - is McDonald's Hot Mustard sauce for their Chicken McNuggets. I also like Burger King's Zesty Sauce, for their onion rings. And Arby's Horsey Sauce. I try to stock up on those whenever I eat at any of these places, to use on anything.

In addition to my love of loves: Cholula, I love trying new sauces when visiting california tortilla.

A couple of my faves:
Tahiti Joe's Rectum Ripper

I love the crazy names for hot sauce, even though I'm not a big fan of spicy or hot food.

Not sure how you "hot sause enthusiasts" operate. It's almost as if you think you one-up everyone, just because you like your food spicy.

If Scientists discovered the 'hottest ever' sauce, GAF would go hunt a tiger, beat it down and drench it in this newly discovered hot sauce

I enjoy hot sauce, but I'm not nearly like that. I like to taste my food too, which is why I like Sriracha. It adds good spice without taking away from the flavor of the food. In cases of noodle dishes, it actually enhances and enriches the flavor.

I love hot sauce, but I prefer flavor over heat.
