What "Legacy Collection" would you most like to see?

Layton-I think they might actually do it after that lady layton game comes out.
Advance Wars-I hope Nintendo does it, even just as a test to gauge interest.

Mega Man X is probably my favorite all-time series, but the first thing that came to mind for me is Castlevania as well.

This would be the right timing with the Netflix show a month away and it would give Konami another easy and positive PR boost after their good moves with Super Bomberman R.

IMO they could do a cool canonical timeline collection with the 15ish games that are main series canon or they could do separate collections with the classic 2Ds, the 7 IGAvanias, and then all the 3D ones. Lots of options.

You'd think a CV Collection would be happening to coincide with the Netflix show right? If Konami gave a shit they would've. I cant think of a cheaper, easier, or faster way of making money off of the Castlevania brand than by releasing a CV Legacy Collection of old 8 and 16 bit games to piggy back with the anime.

I would be there Day ONE for a goddamn Ace Combat Collection on every platform that could handle it. It's crazy to think I either have to whip out my old PS2 or got through emulation hassles just to replay those crazy games.

I'd be down for Xenosaga. If only due to how expensive the games are nowadays.

I'd also be a fan of having a Castlevania collection that has CV1 to SotN, at least.

Konami Beat 'em Ups

Ape Escape
Katamari Damacy
Super Monkey Ball

Sega's arcade games. All of them.

Castlevania with all of the console Classicvanias.

Snatcher + Policenauts

Treasure.
If only for Guardian Heroes, the peak of side scrolling beat em ups.

Sega AM2 Legacy Collection.

i want all of these
every one of them

I'd personally like a true Mega Man collection. A single disc 50-game Mega Man Ultimate Collection that includes the following:

Mega Man 1-10
Mega Man & Bass
Mega Man X1-8
Mega Man X: Command Mission
Mega Man Legacy 1 and 2
The Misadventures of Tron Bonne
Mega Man Soccer
Mega Man: The Wily Wars
Mega Man: The Power Fighters 1-2

Mega Man 1-5 (Game Boy)
Mega Man Xtreme 1-2
Mega Man Zero 1-4
Mega Man ZX and ZX Advent
Mega Man Battle Network 1-6
Mega Man Network Transmission
Mega Man Star Force 1-3

- Mega Man 8 would be the Saturn version.
- Mega Man & Bass would be the first ever NA release of the SNES version of the game.
- Mega Man 1-5 (Game Boy) would include an option to play in color, as was the original plan for the canceled Mega Man Mania/Anniversary Collection for GBA.

(I would also accept that being split up into two collections. As far as I'm concerned, Legacy Collection 1 and 2 should have been split up like I mentioned above.)

... Listen, this is a thread of dreams. And that is my dream. I realize it would take far more time and effort than what they would do for the current two legacy collections, due to the numerous consoles.

But as a Mega Man fan, that is my dream game right there. :(

F-Zero Legacy Collection.

every F-Zero game put into one package. including unreleased games and japan only games. 3D games possibly remastered in HD.

It's even actually called "Legacy Collection"

Should we tell him guys?

Megaman Battle Network Legacy Collection

FOR FUCK'S SAKE CAPCOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like the 3D Zelda collection, and Crash collection mentioned previously. I would also like a Tak collection. I know it will never happen though :(.

An SSX HD 1-3 collection. I don't care if the soundtrack is gutted, if that's what I have to give up then so be it.

A true Tony Hawk's Pro Skater collection would be fun. Include 1-4, remastered. Don't change fucking anything, just make it look better.

I'd buy it quicker than any game i can think of. (yes i know its dated as fuck with its controls but damn is it expensive to get the entire collection due to low prints of some of the games)

I would definitely want to see a resident evil legacy collection with

Resident Evil (original)
Resident Evil (directors cut)
Resident Evil 2
Resident Evil 3

All in 480p.

Perhaps throw CVX in there.

--Yeah I'd go for Metal Gear on PC. Update MGS3's controls and we're good. I wouldn't expect to get MGS4 though. And I just realized now that the PS3 is the only console where you can play every Metal Gear game.

--We're already on track to have every main FF playable on PC, so SE would probably just put those into a discount pack on Steam. I guess SE should do some kind of collection on consoles.

---Time Crisis. I guess they'd have to release some kind of Cun Con 4. Maybe release it for the Switch if the Joycons have a pointer function (I honestly don't know if they do).

--TimeSplitters.

--A proper Silent Hill collection for consoles and PC.

--Maybe a Cing games collection? Mainly just the Another Code and Kyle Hyde games bundled together on the Switch (and PC if Nintendo doesn't still hold publishing rights).

Mega Man X is my obvious most wanted choice, but if I could get a collection of the GBA/DS Castlevania games I'd buy it for a high price.

This would be amazing, if not just for RE1. I want to play through the series again, as my fiancee likes to watch story-based games. But I'm not subjecting her to that dog shit RE1 Dual Shock music.

Castlevania: all the 2D games including the PSX and GBA stuff. Konami could easily milk that for at least two separate games.

Contra collection while they're at it.

Zone of the Enders. I'm well aware it came out on PS360, but I just wanna tell Konami that I'm ready and willing to pay for another entry in the series.

Suikoden and KoTOR would be great. An official release of KoTOR II that fixes the shit they left out would be nice, I know there is one for PC.

Honestly, the KoTOR games are ripe for a remake anyway, so give me Suikoden.

A few Final Fantasy Collections for PS4 would be nice.

Classic Collection

Final Fantasy
Final Fantasy II
Final Fantasy III
Final Fantasy Dimensions

Higher res versions of the PSP versions I and II, and give III the same treatment so we can have a proper definitive 2D version. Throw in Dimensions as a bonus to have it available on something other than mobile. Give it the same graphics treatment too.

Classic Collection 2

Final Fantasy IV
Final Fantasy IV: The After years
Final Fantasy V
Final Fantasy VI

Same deal. Use the FFIV/TAS PSP versions as a base, but with higher res for TV. Redo V and VI in the same style. Use the mobile versions as a base but redo the shit visuals to match IV.

Playstation Trilogy

Final Fantasy VII
Final Fantasy VIII
Final Fantasy IX

Port the Steam version of FFIX to PS4. Give the same treatment to VIII. Throw in the already existing FFVII PS4. Done.
