Gengar with dream eater and hypnosis. Helps with insomnia and bad dreams depending on what's the biggest problem at the time.
Also they're big and soft enough to hug and can keep you cool in summer.
A Pokemon big and strong enough to be able to fly with me on its back, but small enough to fit in my house.
I'd probably go with something like a Ralts. They're loyal, protective and higly intelligent, not to mention absolutely adorable. It'd be a bit more like having a young sibling rather than a pet.
Arceus. Why not have pokemon god as your pet?
Gotta have to go with the OG.

That or he drops off rattatas that you could wonder trade.Meowth. Payday every day.
I'm going Dragonite.
He's 7 feet tall, 463 pounds (2.2 meters, 210 kg). He might have to duck in some parts of my house, but he'd fit just fine. He's big but not impossibly big to host - picture having The Big Show living in your home. Additionally, I'm a pretty large guy, and I feel I could safely mount him to ride. He can circle the globe in 16 hours, going 1,556 mph, three times the average speed of an airplane. He's kind-hearted and said to have near human intelligence.
Ditto, for reasons.
Staryu? What's that star shaped thing Misty carries around in the anime? It seems to exist only to be squeezed. That could work.
I mean...you'd still have to make sure his tail wouldn't smack shit around in your house.
