No... it would take a real Final Fantasy, as an exclusive, for MS to even come close to 'winning' this TGS in the eyes of the Japanese- especially with MGS4 already owning everyone in just stills.

It would take one of these, imho...

1.) Winning Eleven exclusive to 360 for two or three years, complete with a early playable build at TGS

2.) Final Fantasy numbered NEXT-GEN game either exclusive or multiplatform (multiplatform wouldn't be HUGE for Microsoft, because it'd still be on PS3... but it'd be a critical junction for them toward Japan relevancy.)

3.) Dragon Quest numbered exclusive/multiplatform.
