Witcher 3 is going to take you a while

Having recently finished up Witcher 3 and about 30% into Batman, Witcher wins hands down. Batman is fun for what it is, but it has no where near the depth of the Witcher.

AK cause you can 100% a lot quicker and is super fun, TW3 will bore you to death unless you end up liking it

Batman is more bang for your buck while witcher is a good 50 hours of moderately fun rpg'ing. It depends on your tastes, I think AK is a better game.

Get batman. The witcher 3 is still riddled with bugs and bad framerate. Im not even one to notice these things much but there are end game missions where it turns into a slideshow and sound got cut off on missions.

I havent bought batman but you can definitely wait a while on the witcher 3.

I'm revising to say neither now for different reasons. Batman isn't worth $60(imo) and The Witcher 3 a mess on PS4.

Wait for both and play something else.

Huh? Witcher 3 is a mess on PS4? Then what amazing game have I been playing for the past month? Sure the load times are kind of crap, but it's still a fantastic game and I haven't had any major issues.

They're both really good, but get Arkham Knight, you'd finish it long before Witcher 3.

For something to pick up and play, I suggest Batman.
The witcher 3 is super long and I think requires a certain level of commitment.
Both are supremely great games though.

This is pretty much it. Both games are amazing in their own right.

It's really hard to jump into The Witcher 3 and only play for a short amount of time. The world is HUGE and stuffed with content. Some quests will take a while to complete.... or you might just get distracted by exploring the map for a few hours.

Meanwhile, Batman is a game I suspect you can jump in and out of pretty quickly and can be finished in a much shorter amount of time.

So yeah, pick your poison I guess.

Get Arkham when the GOTY edition hits, you're not missing much. Arkham City is still the best one.

The Witcher 3 is the better game by a considerable margin. Arkham Knight is the classic "wait for GOTY edition" game. It's worth playing if you're Batman fan, but it is pretty mediocre and not worth $60 without all the content included. Asylum is still the definitive game in the series.

Dont buy the witcher 3 on ps4, framerate is garbage, disgusting pop ins, textures take 10 to 15 secs to loqad, its a mess.

Is it better on Xbox One??

Witcher 3 then Batman is a more natural progression. If you played Batman first, everything will look bland in Witcher 3.

Also, Witcher 3 is long and huge, and you can probably find it cheaper. By the time you finish it, you can find Batman cheaper

Is it better on Xbox One??

Framerate on Xbox is solid. It was running at 30-40ishps before they either capped it to 30 or gave you the ability to cap it yourself. Can't remember which.

Both games are awesome, but I say pick up Witcher 3 now, and by the time you've beaten it then Arkham Knight will be cheaper.
