I'll add any theme of Street of Rage 2. Either Wave o Expander are great to bring the mood for a big fight.
I really like the music of Sonic 3D Blast's Special Stage (Saturn) aswell

The airport shootout music in Max Payne 3: Tears by HEALTH. It's just godlike.
The Stains of Time during the Monsoon bossfight in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is also great, especially how it kicks in during the cutscene to gameplay transition and how the lyrics kick in when you get to the second phase of the fight. Even after having played that fight 10 times it still hypes me up.

Pretty much anything from the King of Fighters (94 - 00) or Fatal Fury arranged soundtracks will get me pumped. Literally almost anything. So I'll choose something at random:

Well, define "hype." I love me some Tekken soundtracks (especially the earlier Tekken games; probably Tag 1 and earlier, but stuff like Yoshimitsu's Arranged Track from Tekken 2 just make me want to chill. I love it, though.

I've been playing Skullgirls recently and the penultimate track from Filia's storyline got me hella pumped, probably more than the final fight actually. It's the guitar and synth melody at 1:10 that stands out to me, pure musical adrenaline.
Easiest answer: Kraid/Crocomire music. Made those encounters extra memorable.
