What's a game that you absolutely HATE losing at?

Thunder Plains

Super Street Fighter IV

Modern Warfare 2

Puzzle games where there's versus modes

...I guess pretty with every game! :lol

But I'm a good sport...I swear! :D

League of Legends

After kicking the opposing teams ass, but cant down final turret and they super minion feed and ace your team when you try to kill the heart and they turn around and win.

Kid Icarus on the NES. There are way too many hazards and the stages seem to go on forever. Also, there are no checkpoints. I love playing it but I have to stop frequently or else I'll grow frustrated.

All of them
Singstar
Yep. Especially when I'm clearly the better singer in the multiplayer.

Hard mode in all modes, however, seems to try to make you follow all the little trills and huffs the singer makes even if they're not part of the music. Failing to get points because I can't precisely replicate an artist's improvised vocalisation makes me angry.

CTR om no good at Mario Kart but im baller at this one....only lose when the prick behind me gets 3 missles on the last crate before the finish line

Starcraft 1 or 2. I have broken a few keyboards after losing a match in SC. Im calm with every game I play except SC.

Star Fox 64. I got pretty good on the high scoring there for a while, but then I quit and when I came back I just couldn't pull it off anymore. I tried to build up my skills again, but everytime I would make a mistake that I wouldn't do previously, I would just get upset and ragequit the game, until I dropped it entirely :lol

Civilization 5. Not that I rage or anything, but its just that I've invested HOURS of my life into a single match! I can't lose!

I broke a couple N64 controllers back in the day over Tony Hawk's Pro Skater. :lol

The only thing comparable to that nowadays are sports games like NBA 2K and FIFA.

GTA4 because everybody's ugly as fuck.
:lol

Any game where I expect to win or a game where I've beaten that particular part before, so I expect to win.

For example, I was raged when the very first boss from Lost Odyssey mopped the floor with me several times. The first fucking boss was fighting me like it was the last. Controller throwing rage.

For Ninja Gaiden and Ninja Gaiden II my temperature never increased because I knew going in that those games were no joke and expected to die and continue a lot.

Losing a really close arena match in WoW that you know you could have won easily had something stupid not happened, even worse when you're like 1 win away from the next piece of armor or a new weapon in the higher brackets.

I can't think of anything personally, but I knew a guy in middle/high school who would cry if we beat him in any fighter. He also cried when I told him that I got a Saturn.

Weird kid.

Pretty much anytime I have a bad game- meaning more deaths than kills- in CoD4 (yep, still play it) or Bad Company 2. Really only because I've got the "I know I'm better than that" mentality.

Bad Company 2 when the teams are clearly stacked and we're getting steamrolled game after game. I subconsciously think that good people will have the decency to switch teams but it never happens. 6 steamrolling games later, I go apeshit and leave.

starcraft is the worst when you lose.

This is the complete opposite for me. I actually don't mind losing in Starcraft. It's when I steamroll the opponent that I get no satisfaction. Losing just means I made a mistake and I can improve my play next time, and if I learn from mistakes then in the future I won't be losing so much. Now, if I lose 6 in a row...yeah, I start to get a little upset. But a one-off game, not so big a deal.

Now Halo...I fucking hate losing at Halo. If I get in a firefight with someone and I don't get the kill I start to rage, especially if I had the drop on them. I don't get angry in CoD, or TF2, or Battlefield, or any other shooter I play. But Halo just makes me so angry, I have no idea what it is about that game that is so different from other shooters for me.

EDIT: And oh man, Mario Kart. That shit drives me up the wall. Race so well, and then BOOM! Lightning. Blue Shell. 3 Red Shells. Bullet Bill. Now you're in 6th, nive try on the first 2.5 laps though. Maybe next time chump.

Makes me so mad.

Sports games vs the computer. Always feel cheated.
Was going to post exact same thing. It just seems like the AI just so happens to get that well timed plenty or some other equally stupid method .
