Metroid music in general is top tier. I could pick almost anything, and it would be great. But some pieces stand out anyway.

Kraid's Lair is one of the best pieces of videogame music ever, and really captures what Metroid is about. Solitude, fear, danger, creepiness, unknown things...

The title theme is also brilliant, and gives off the same vibes. I don't think any other tune gives me chills as effectively as that one. And I LOVE Metroid Prime's Tallon Overworld 2. It's just so cool and atmospheric, especially on a good stereo. And that bass...

Yep. The Smash 4 version is great too (it starts of the same as the original with the remix starting at around 38 seconds.)
