Apparently you haven't let one try and hit you, but the do fight back. I think i was nearly killed by one that was higher level than me, but I was already weakened by other creatures.
But yes, I'd go with this as the cutest thing I've killed

Some of the Rappies in PSU, especially the sand rappies, were real bastards because of rapid fire pecks + ridiculously high crit percentage.

I killed it faster than any test subject before.
Animals from Harvest Moon: Magical Melody. After I got tired of waiting to give birth, I slept for days causing all my animals to starve to death.
Killing her was the only time I felt truly evil especially after making her best friend to do it.

Holy crap. Never knew gaf had so many RO players.Many early enemies in MMOs tend to be cute... Using Ragnarok Online as an example, you have:
Poring, a (mostly harmless) jelly creature.
Lunatic, a tiny bunny that makes a heartbreaking sound at death.
Fabre, a caterpillar that relinquishes feathers and fluff upon defeat.
Savage Bebe, a piglet no larger than a handful of pixels.
Baby Desert Wolf, a nomadic pup with an adorable bark.
RIP, in the name of grinding.

I think dogs that make the realistic yelping sound as they die in jrpgs (like in Final Fantasy X) are the worst for me. Always feel so bad as I kill them.

Terraria bunnies. I know, they're not really enemies, but they do tend to get in the way occasionally.
However, I have been known to shelter them in my house overnight to protect them from the zombie assault.
