It depends on if you like the taste of salt. I like salty foods so pretzels are great. It tastes good when their salty and have the tough exterior but soft inside (and chewy).

The place to get great pretzels around here is Aunti Annies (I think its called) in Massachussetts.

Lemonade is pretty much THE drink you need to get with Salted Pretzels...so good...

Not sure if they are still being made or if my local grocery store is just too anal to stock them anymore, but Keebler's Butter Pretzels rocked.

FWIW, I'm more of a 'rod' pretzel guy than a 'twist' one. The ends of the rods are awesome to eat. They have better flavor than the rest of the rod IMO.


EDIT: Yes, I'd also have to agree with lovers of the soft pretzel + mustard combo.
