What's your favorite boring, non super sugary breakfast cereal?

Maybe some honey, syrup or sugar with it.

Special K Red Berries or Special K Fruit and Yogurt

I am also a big fan of Multigrain Cheerios.

I was thinking of starting a "Breakfast Cereal thread", only to do a search and find the ones that did get made were dead and buried after only a few posts. This one seemed more promising.

I'll second Multigrain Cheerios. My wife and I are stocking up on the stuff, big time, because we're devouring the stuff like it's going out of style.

off-brand wheat flakes are the GOAT cereal. no added sugar, just a huge bowl of wheat flakes drowned in milk.

Cheerios. Honey Nut Cheerios have always been gross to me, but plain Cheerios are delicious.

Corn Flakes and Crispix get a nod, too. Corn Flakes in half and half is a special kind of heaven.

Product 19 comes to mind...too bad it's like the most expensive cereal in the whole damn isle! (Not expensive in general, just annoying it's more than most all others).

Cracklin Oat Bran is good, but it's pretty sugary.

I tend toward Corn Chex for a non-sweetened cereal. Used to really dig Crispix but haven't seen it in a while.

Man, I used to really like cracklin oat bran when I was a kid but haven't had it in literally like 15+ years. I need to get myself a box and see if love is truly dead.

Crispix, too. Probably my favorite (relatively) unsweetened cereal.

The only answer is Product 19.

Great by itself, dry or with milk, and great with fresh fruit.

However the grocery store here stopped carrying it a few years ago so now I never eat cereal anymore. :(

While i'm just 'meh' on the actual Kellogg's Raisin Bran

Walmart's store brand "Great Value" makes my favorite Raisin Bran. The flakes have a less cardboard taste and the extra raisins are perfect: Not powdered in powdered sugar and more numerous. It doesn't add as much of a sweetness to the milk (Which works against Kellogg's Raisin Bran and it's more wood-tasting flakes)

I don't even eat cereal anymore. Been trying to lose weight, and I had much better results when I cut out the cereal entirely and switched to omelettes. And I was eating the kind of stuff that you guys are posting in this thread!
