I have 3 favorites:
The Sylvester & Tweety Mysteries: This cartoon was a very promising take on the classic looney toon dual which stayed true to the animation and the characters. The voice acting was top notch. It was Sylvester & Tweety with a Scoobie-doo twist which happened to be surprisingly funny. One of WB's first offering of great cartoons back when the channel was worth a damn.
A Pup Named Scoobie-Doo: Tween version of Scoobie-Doo that was so over the top that it was a parody of itself. Maybe it's the nostalgia talking but I loved it! The first Scoobie-Doo that I grew up on.
Pinky and the Brain: Catchy intro, great characters, and jokes that were witty...kinda makes you wonder what the hell happened to cartoons today. PatB was one of the best shows on tv that didn't insult one's intelligents no matter what age you were when you watched it. Good stuff.
