Suicune, Lugia, Rayquaza, Deoxys, Darkrai, Arceus, Zekrom, White Kyurem, Genesect, Xerneas, Yveltal, Zygarde, Mega Rayquaza, and Hoopa Unbound are the standouts from the "cool" legendaries IMO. Celebi and Victini are the only "cute" legendaries I really like, though.

Kyurem needs more love. It's like Princess Elsa, except its a monstrous undead dragon that roams the streets at night looking for people to eat.

It's fused forms are neat in that they're designed around what they lack, more than what they have. Reshiram and Zekrom and graceful and powerful, while Kyurem-W and Kyurem-B are fragile and brutish, respectively.
