It's a close one but I'll have to pick the OG PS2 over the OG PSX.

I still remember the day I pulled that black monolith out of that vivid blue box. It looked amazing.

I really like the PS3 superslim. It's literally a PS3 mini in terms design. The PS3 Slim always felt like the odd-one in the PS3 family to me.

PS1 and PS2 never did it for me and neither did the PS4/Pro. I do prefer the PS4 Pro over the PS4.

The original Playstation easily. Now consoles try to hard to look sleek and try to fit into a home theater. Playstation 1 had none of that and is better designed because of that.

Always been slightly baffled by people who love the OG PS2 designed, I disliked it when it launched and I still dislike it now. Just looks so odd.

Actually I think all PlayStation designs are a little odd, best one is probably the original though. I like my PS4 more in the flesh though than in images for some reason, it does look classy on my TV stand.

The fact that it doesn't look like a toy, like the PSX, but like an advanced eletronic appliance stands out too.

PS2 fat > OG PS4 > PS3 Fat > PS3 Slim > PSX > PS2 Slim > PS4 pro > PS4 slim > PSOne > PS3 superslim.

Nostalgia makes me want to say the PSX.

However I think being as objective as possible it may be the PS2 slim. It captures the futuristic tower feel of the original PS2 without reliance on the overdone futuristic logo. It has elegance, subtlety. By contrast the psone, as smooth as it is, does not have the same sense of class.

PS3 and PS4 sadly feel like bad jokes. The PS4 is a bit better but the fact someone probably said something like "Let's make it slanty that'll be cool and edgy" is very off-putting.

My favorite is the original PS2, with the straight edges i think it's a timeless design.

I liked the PS4 when it was launched but I've gone off it a bit now, for some reason it looks a bit fragile and not as 'solid' as the PS2.

Sony still haven't topped the PS2's visual design. The purple box, futuristic logo, the earth and space theme that informed the hardware aesthetics - everything worked so well together.

Love the Go, still a great little console, I still use it when I go on holiday, along with my Vita.

Vita and PS4 are my favourite looking systems though.
