When Ant-Man and Hawkguy join forces...

I wonder why DC sometimes portrays Oliver as this "out of his depth street guy" for JLA, but then Hawkeye fits nicely in the Avengers.

Power level is not the issue I don't think.

I mean, Age of Ultron kinda did this with Clint. "The city is flying and we're fighting an army of robots...and I have a bow and arrow"

The DCAU's reason for recruiting him for the League because he was more grounded than the rest of them and could keep perspective on the small things. That was a good way around the power discrepancy. Of course he mainly joined because he had a thing for Canary so uh...

It's one of those things rhat looks cool in big letters in a comic book but sounds very awkward and dumb when actually spoken aloud.

You can say that about most one liners. It's all about how it's presented and the delivery.

If a movie can make "hasta la vista, baby" sounds badass, "to me, my X-Men" should be a cakewalk. Granted, the former was pulled off by Arnold and James fuckin' Cameron, but that's exactly my point.

Where do you even put the emphasis?

To ME, my X-Men!
Or
To me, MY X-Men!

That's the problem. No one has or will ever have Arnold's level of charisma it takes to nail a line like that.

You can only say that until time proves you wrong.

Though truth be told, I don't believe there's an actor in X-Men Apocalypse that has the presence and voice to pull off a line like "to me, my X-Men." Maybe Patrick Stewart could have back when he was Xavier. Knowing Singer, it actually will be Jennifer Lawrence that says it and all the nerds in the audience will collectively barf.

That "to me..." line is way more of a Cyclops line though.

"To me my X-Men" is fucking horrible. No one should want that.
I am canceling our trip to Burning Man

You shut your whore mouth. Those panels are flawless.
Flawlessly bad

But Clint still put in taht work

Ollie was the liberal that keep the JLA honest and down to earth
They need to re-do Colossus throwing Wolverine with the Deadpool design.

Thats why i cant really vibe with the characters from arrow. Ollie is far too serious that ive seen of him. I hate to say it, but it feels like smallville did a better job with him

Me too, Arrow is like what would have happen if Cry for Justice had continued. Exile was pretty great from start to finish

There was a Fastball Special in The Incredibles.

Just Googled. the FS showed up in X-Men: The Last Stand(2006). Twice. The Incredibles was released in 2004.

A "kiddie cartoon" beat Fox to a signature X-Men move.

They were talking a legitimate on-screen X-Men one not in a simulation that you actually see the full effect of.

Laughable that some of yall actually want the latter line in a real movie, scust

"To me my X-Men" is fucking horrible. No one should want that.

to me, my x men sounds like some fan fic shit

Even as a kid I never liked "To me, my X-Men".

I think we're depleting Slayven's life force by saying this, though.

I hate all of you
Why Cyke is still GOAT.

And yet the world will always see him as the stick in the mud that is constantly moping over Jean.

To be fair-I never thought they could pull off Luke Cage saying "Sweet Christmas" on screen but they did and it worked. So I'm willing to be wrong again.

cmon son. it's happening.
It better be.
I am the only sane man
Prostrate before Fracton
IINM that is just to help Wanda feel better.

Maybe comic Clint is cockier (excluding the Fraction version).

Clint is a weird emotionally unstable guy but generally pretty cocky.

I'll remember him as the guy with a terrible father and a cooler younger brother.
Marvel vs Capcom 4 confirmed, RIGHT ?

Right ?

Guys ? Marvel ?

Please :(

lol

More promo artwork for Marvel Studios' "Captain America: Civil War" is online via the social media channels of Hablemos de Marvel. Along with new looks at Black Panther, Black Widow and the good Captain himself, perhaps the most intriguing piece is one that involves Hawkeye and Ant-Man combining their respective strengths.

If you read Fraction's book you'd know it was mostly Hawkeye off duty. Most people are not the same at work as they are at home.

Most people don't come off as brain damaged when not on the clock

The book starts with him falling out of a window at least a dozen stories onto a car. He probably did have brain damage. And he still manages to make fools of Russian mobsters routinely throughout the series.

As much as I love the Hawkguy run massive brain damage explains a lot.

Goddamn right

Corsair is so fucking cool though
Fuck Cyclops.
Fuck you!
Ya know who was garbage? Fucking Ultimate Wolverine fuck that guy.
Quite possibly the embodiment of a scumbag. Also remember how he was Cable?

Oh shit, Slavyen. I completely forgot about Ultimate Cable. It takes a special talent to make the original Cable seem cool in comparison.
