where does megaman go? YOU DECIDE!

...This is known as a franchise falling out of popularity. You are aware that it happens?

Also, your logic fails, because the equally 'new-age anime crap' MMBN series has regularly broken 500K in Japan alone.
Let him live in his little dream world where high res Udon fanart sprites are what casual really want.

Athough about your other point, it's note like the newere MM game music sucks. They're still great but older games have the advantage of being aged and vintage. Like good wine, older MM music gets better with time. And IMO MM6 OST is just as good as the beloved 2 and 3.

::smacks forehead::

Ah yes I remember MM6 having an amazing soundtrack. The arranged versions were excellent.
MMX had a few good songs every now and then(Mostly MMX1 and MMX4 imo).
Can't remember a single damn track from the Zero games though...all a blur. Can't remember much from Legends for that matter. =/

Network Transmission also had some nice music. Shame it was the only Battle Network game I liked(mainly because it was more of an action game)

Megaman Battle Network anime art style sells well in the country where anime comes from and where it is currently popular

wow.
I'm not even gonna touch this with a 10 foot pole.

...Weren't you talking about lousy Zero sales a few minutes ago? It's not selling well in Japan either, if that's what you're implying. The sales of the Megaman games have nothing to do with the artstyle.

Theme of Guardians (MMZ), Cannon Ball (MMZ3), Esperanto(MMZ4), Nothing Beats(MMZ4).

Concerning Legends, I can hum Glyde's tune off the top of my head, and I'd recognize the Bonnes' Theme anywhere. But yeah, Legends had a relatively weaker soundtrack.

I realise the Bass one is fanart but it's still within the artstyle ... regardless, WTF?!?

Dude, we all know Zero games bomb. Mainly because not only people NOT want good and evolved gameplay, the games are also too hard and it's in shitty 2d sprite based graphics.

But then again, MM Poweredup also bombed as well as Maveric Rehash X. So that means NOBODY wants MM games. Har

Oh, it does.

That sucks almost as bad.

Are they? The posts in the thread show very low numbers but the actual sites has hundreds of additional votes.

I've always wanted a Legends game with good controls...and a Wii version would continue to prevent that. :(
MML wasnt exactly for it's great controls and that was dual shock.

Dark sort of implied that, given he's "always wanted a Legends game with good controls". I guess if it's broke, don't fix it. :lol
