Idk if I'd call it a direction. Just seems like people fucking around in the separate Online portion of the game.I am not sure I like this direction for the game tbh

I'm like 100+ hours in this game and I just realized there are nonviolent options to clearing Outposts. In Solo Qinghe I was basically treating them like I was playing Assassin's Creed and silently taking guards one by one, and in Co-op we'd just rush in and get into a grand melee. But as I'm finally clearing out Kaifeng Outposts, I realized you can walk up to the front entrance and convince yourself to be let in and win the outpost in different ways like winning a game of Madaio Cards or Gift of Gab![]()
I need to clear lots of them as I seriously lacking constitution :/Yup, ever outpost has a pacifist way of clearing the rats out. It's pretty cool, since it also uses variety of side-activities, like chess, wrestling, building etc.
Struggling to see the difference between Western slop and Chinese slop down.
Well, if you use as a reference the video of an idiot, it's no wonder.
I just needed to scroll down a few videos of that channel to see a recognizable pattern.
i do ^^Just checking: anyone still playing this?![]()
I'm trying this today. I've seen a few streamers play it and it does look interesting. I was pretty critical because of the MTX, but my main worry is always whether these games are actually fun and whether they'll get shut down after a short time
I'd like something like this to stick around in my rotation.
"The bright moon over the great river, defending the mountains"
The final boss in the Kaifeng chapter is coming to Where Winds Meet on January 9.

hmm steam or offical launcher ?No idea it just stays a small black screen.
The game has native gyro controls built into the game for DualSense and Dualshock 4 controllers which makes aiming close to mouse level on controller.I use both, since well, I'm playing on PC.
Controller for combat and exploration, even though there are some combat mechanics that may be harder with it.
For example the floating umbrella shooting is difficult to adjust aim with a controller. You can see it was designed with K+M in mind.
Then I use K+B for menu interaction and NPC talking. China won't be sampling my voice![]()

Play anywhere? It's f2p with cross-progressionSeems it's finally coming to Xbox. I hope they make it Play Anywhere and Cloud Enabled at the very least.
So was FortNite, but that didn't stop it from being Play Anywhere. I think FortNite was likely one of the early tests for the unified GDK's universal Xbox PC/Helix SKU. So if a game uses that, it's likely automatically Play Anywhere or opt out Play Anywhere.Play anywhere? It's f2p with cross-progression
