I visit the rels in Scotland but that's about it for travel.

Where I live in used to be chill but now it's just concrete towers shitting up the place.

Born in the US. I've been to Japan, Canada, and the Bahamas. I have been all over the US and I really enjoyed the South Eastern US.

I come from the most boring country in the world - Germany! And I hate it here! I hate the landscape, the weather, the totally exaggerated bureaucracy and the attitude of most of the people who live here. The Germans are so fucking boring, unfunny, uptight and trapped in their outdated values.... Sometimes I can hardly believe that I am German myself.

Through the media, I have this romanticized idea of Seattle/Washington and I wish I could emigrate and live there. On the other hand, I would be afraid of the American health care system, which is better regulated in Germany. I don't want to have to sell my Ps5 every time I'm sick and have to go to the doctor.

Weird, I think Germany should have amazing nature with Alps in the south and access to both Baltic and the the north sea/Atlantic ocean in the north.

Not to mention shit ton of castles and other old stuff.

I live near the river Rhine and we have castle ruins on green forest hills every five meters here. I think I'm just used to it 😂
But I understand that it's amazing for tourists.

Yeah, what's is exotic to other people is just standard stuff to you. We have plenty of castles here but numbers are not even comparable to Germany.

I guess the same thing happens to people living on tropical islands, some of them might start to hate is after some time, hahaha.

Florida man checking in. It's USA all the way over here, bruh. Black military family too, going back generations. With Jamaican roots, so it's complicated.

I just watched this video and wanted to ask if this is true. Seems pretty accurate on how it is now, as I visited Germany in the late 2000s, and it seemed amazing back then.

But I keep hearing how divided the society has become and free speech is dead.

I was born in Spain, but because of work I've had to live in Morocco (I hated it with every fiber of my being), India (I hated it even more), and Poland, which is probably my favorite country in the world. I always thought I'd retire in Spain, but after eight years of socialism, the country has turned into a mess.

Poland looks like one of the few European countries which has retained both its identity and sanity and with politicians fighting to keep it like that.

I hope it stays that way.

USA
Been to 72 countries and do not want to travel anymore.

For some reason most of the countries I went to, the locals tried to fire their own non-freedom seeds at me. Can't understand why, sad face.

Live in America and have been to Canada, Mexico, Switzerland, France and Italy. Italy was my favorite country having traveled around Florence, Tuscany, Pisa, Cinque Terre, and Rome. I know I'm not well versed in traveling, but I would love to go back and see Venice, Milan, Bari and more.

I'd also like to visit Norway and New Zealand at some point
