Just to be clear, Wind Waker had a grappling hook--not a whip. The whip was only in ST and SS.

I think Lorelai used a whip in Suikoden 5. She tended to change her weapon between games.

No, just once I find something I like I try to find it everywhere and see how other games use them. I went through a phase when I tried playing everything with a phoenix in it (Due to loving Peter the phoenix from Shining Force 2)
