Yep, same here.badcrumble said:any hype i had for this game is long since dead.
Yes it does. Stunning.Zenith said:http://www.gametrailers.com/video/tgs-06-white-knight/13331
the original 2006 debut trailer still looks amazing.
They're adding tons and tons of content for the US version. Way more than what was in the Japanese release, anyway.eggandI said:Jesus christ why has this taken so long? Are they adding anything new to the game?

BTW the voices are actually pretty solid overall; they chose some really dull clips for the trailer.
I totally get the pessimism, especially after it's been delayed this long, but I do think people will be pleasantly surprised at the US version when it finally hits. If nothing else, I can at least say it's a lot better than the Japanese version.
Yeah, but it might be a "lipstick on a pig" situation. I didn't like Rogue Galaxy, despite the fact that it was supposedly a huge improvement over the Japanese release.Alex said:Looks good.
I don't care how much it's delayed if the product is all the better for it in the end, but I play video games and not awkward message board hype.
vicissitudes said:Man I was so hyped for this game...but releasing it next to FFXIII is the worst thing it has going for it. Maybe I'll get it when it drops in price.....

HehahJoeFenix said:And how would you happen to know all of that good sir? Did you guys work on the translation for this?
It's ok if you can't say, I understand KAYYYYYYY!![]()
john tv said:HehahYep, we translated the entire thing. SCEA took care of the voice recording tho (same as with Rogue Galaxy and Jeanne d'Arc).
Some of the new content is pretty exciting -- that Georama stuff they announced a couple of weeks ago is gonna be rad.

I'm not a fan of character customizations/creation.
I have a feeling customization played a role in the overall look of the game.

Otherwise it looks pretty solid, nothing spectacular but should be decent fun!

A main character with amnesia is not terribly inciting. How where the reports on the story?
Wait, it's going to be a Dark Cloud-esque dungeon crawler?eggandI said:Yeah I don't think people will buy this for the story. I know I sure as hell won't. I'm actually glad they kept it simple. I just want to dungeon crawl by myself and with a couple of friends of mine.

Well, that drops it off my radar...

story mode is standard rpg fare i believe
but u can take ur customized character online and do quests with friends
I'm still a little wary about real-time combat, though, to be honest. I'll admit, I prefer my RPGs to be menu-based, though I did enjoy Tales of Symphonia.jiggle said:no
