I listen to a lot of YouTube videos while I work, and I've been looking for more musicians to check out. I like pianists the best, especially those who cover video game music. I have a few favorites so far:

Kyle Landry — Pianist who covers video game, Disney, movie, and occasionally rock/pop songs.

Evan Duffy — Pianist who covers electronic (Deadmou5, Skrillex) songs. His Skrillex covers are great, and I don't like dubstep at all.

Taylor Davis a.k.a. ViolinTay — Violinist who covers video game and movie songs. Her Zelda Melody video is awesome.

joshi3joshi — Violinist who covers video game and Disney songs. I love his cover of the Xenoblade Main Theme. Nyan Cat is a guilty pleasure.

Verdegrand — Pianist who covers video game music. I really like his cover of Terra's Theme from FFVI with joshi3joshi and his Super Smash Bros. Brawl theme cover.

thanks yeah, that was last summer..I am currently trying to convince other conductors to let me play that piece again with their orchestras.. but they aren't making it easy...they hide, don't take the phone, are on tour, etc, etc,. etc,

the shittiest part about playing the piano professionally is that once you played the last note, you are completely jobless again.. sucks.

speaking about video game music on the piano, there are loads of shitty things there but this guy plays a very nice zelda medley,

his video has over 3 million watches and thousands of "likes" (fuck the 695 dislikes, fucking haters)

the guy plays on a piano that is tuned, his hands are flexible and nice to watch and the arrangements are great, it really sounds like the original soundtrack.

I once got gossebumps from the Zelda Lullaby, the guy plays very nice and with emotions.
