they're too expensive and too time consuming.
industrian said:The same will probably happen to me. I've got 300~ games at home, and when I moved to Korea I only took around 20-30 of them with me (I brought my 360, PS3 and PSP with me) but I have no motivation to play any of them. Combined with the fact that I'm working 9 hours a day, at the gym three days a week, got a girlfriend, and I'm doing a lot of tourist stuff it leaves little time to play video games.
I think this will be the last generation where I'm an avid gamer. In the last year or so I've had to force myself to complete games in one or two sittings otherwise I lose all interest in them. And I think that's the future for me.
bjork said:Mine was tied to this big minimalist kick I got on when my mom died. She left behind a gigantic mess for us to weed through and get rid of, and I decided I wouldn't do that to anyone. So instead of having shelves and shelves of games and boxes of old magazines or whatever, there's clothes and one partial shelf of books, and that's it. When I croak, my mess will take all of about 10 minutes and two trash bags to clear out.
Maybe that's a stupid reason, but it's too late now.![]()

Had some fun with my PS3 initially, but basically every game I try is boring after about 20 minutes, so I hardly bother any more. I don't even own any games for it, aside from some PSN stuff (that also goes largely unplayed). Will probably sell it sooner or later and just get one of those region-free Momitsu Blu-ray players instead.
Might be easier to just change the contact info and password on the PSN account to something that the new user can edit.Cosmic Bus said:Maybe this is a good thread to ask in, since I haven't found the info elsewhere yet: if I were to sell my PS3, do purchased PSN games stay on the hard drive once my PSN account is disabled/cancelled? The money I've spent on those games would be a nice incentive for someone to buy when I decide to get rid of the thing.
