6'3 and 155. i need to gain weight, but can't seem to do it. probably because im too lazy to lift weights 5 days a week :(

i would still make the all-gaf basketball team with my height and fantastic jumper! yes!

no you wouldn't. You'd be in the GAF NBDL waiting for a callup in case any of us got injured. The All-Gaf basketball team would be:

C-Outcast2004-cause he's like 8 feet tall
PF-Me and my ridiculously strong upper body
SF-DMczaf-he'd stand around doing nothing like Luke Walton
SG-Himuro-cause we have to have at least one black guy.
PG-Mig

Age 1 - 13 I was a scrawny fucker. Then I moved and gained weight gradually even though I was outside playing with friends and running around and stuff. It got to the point where it became frustrating, maybe it's what I ate, but I didn't eat junkfood, just pasta, meat, starchy vegetables. But really I just ate what I was given. Anyway, I'm definitely classified as an overweight gamer. :P

Once you reach 40 it becomes more difficult to keep the weight off. I don't play as much (real) sports anymore, but even at age 30 I had to work out a lot more to maintain a reasonable weight and stay competative in the sports I did play.

Age will catch up to you skinny dudes, don't assume that weight will never be a problem.

6'1
126 lbs.

:( :( :( :( :( :( :(

No matter how hard I try, I cannot gain wait. I eat lots o' carbs, proteins, lift weights (a little anyways) and drink some protein shakes every once and a while. Still no go.

I inherited the bird legs of my grandfather.

I'm 6'4 and 215 lbs. I'm pretty skinny except for my belly being a bit pudgy, I can tell I'll end up being of those guys that look pregnant. :(

5'9 and 175 lb - but I'm assuming it's all fat, not muscle. :(

Personally, I think I feel the best around 155 or so, with some muscle.
It's one of my resolution that I'll try to reduce my weight this summer for 160,
and start excercise.

6'3", 235 pounds. Lets just say that I need not be in the 200 poundage range.

The only thing I love more than gaming is eating I think :)

5'8" 165lbs. Slight muscle, but I've been in the cutting phase for the past few months. Was 180 lbs. at the beginning of this year before cutting (way more exercise, better diet now).

Ideally I want to be 175-180 lbs. of muscle with slightly less bodyfat than now (no idea what my body fat % is now).

I have really thick bones, so I'm not really overweight for my height even though it sounds like I am. I was born 9+ lbs., I think that's above the average for newborns.

6'4" 208 pounds. I'm both pudgy and muscular but have a light weight due to a svelte frame and long, thin-boned arms. I'm 22 so hopefully I'll thicken up some more.

6'5" 320

I'm overweight but I can also bench most of you :P

I'm down ~60lbs from last year and I"m planning on losing maybe 20-30 more.
